Our strategy
We are a modern, owner-managed family business that has been active in the beauty sector for over 40 years and is now in its third generation. Since 2006, we have been involved in the design, development, manufacture, service and distribution of medical-cosmetic devices under the Toplite label.
We see ourselves not only as a provider of cosmetic appliances, but also as a service provider and strategic partner for our customers. After the actual product purchase, our work really starts, because our service is what sets Toplite apart!

A no-downtime policy that enables us to limit downtime for repairs to usually one day by providing loaner handpieces or devices and having our highly qualified technicians fix the problem immediately.
To ensure this strategy and to offer you the highest quality products and services, we work according to the quality management system for medical products in accordance with EN ISO 13485. This tried-and-tested concept is subject to a continuous improvement process, which we regularly scrutinize and optimize so that we can offer our customers even more impressive quality every day.
