The high-performance Xenia Plus RF system works on the principle of stamp technology and offers a very wide range of treatments. The synergetic cooperation of IPL light and radio frequency energy (RF) in combination with the proven active surface cooling enables a versatile and specific application program. The melanin content of the skin or hair plays a subordinate role in this procedure. This makes the treatment of darker skin types and the removal of light-colored and fine hair more successful than ever. Functionality
IPL stands for Intense Pulsed Light, i.e. intense pulsed light emitted by a powerful xenon lamp. The wavelengths of the emitted light are adjusted by different filters for the various applications. The various treatments are based on the principle of selective photothermolysis. In this process, corresponding, specifically targeted body pigments convert light into heat. RF is short for radio frequency, which has a supporting effect by flowing specifically to the area preheated by IPL and causing a further increase in temperature there. The optional Pure Bipolar radio frequency energy enables additional effective skin tightening in the entire body and face area.
Permanent hair removal: In permanent hair removal, the light emitted by the xenon lamp is converted into heat by the melanin in the hair. The heat generated is directed to the hair root and destroys it at a temperature of 70-75°C. The production of new hair is no longer possible, as the stem cells that form new hair can no longer dock onto the pre-deadened tissue. For a permanent result, 6-10 treatments at intervals of 3-12 weeks are necessary. By using RF energy, the IPL energy can be reduced during treatment. As the RF energy only leaves a warming sensation in the skin, the treatment is significantly less painful than with conventional IPL systems.
Skin rejuvenation and wrinkle reduction: The treatment success in skin rejuvenation and wrinkle reduction with IPL-RF is caused by the stimulation of the body’s own collagen through heat. The collagen fibers are responsible for the firmness and elasticity of the skin, so that the skin appears plumper, fresher and smoother after the treatment. The radio frequency energy creates an additional firming effect. The use of Toplite Hyaluron Active Gel further enhances the positive result.
Skin tightening and cellulite treatment on the body: The bipolar radio frequency current stimulates the formation of new collagen. This strengthens weakened connective tissue and tightens the skin. In this way, unwanted cellulite can be successfully reduced.

FAQ
What does “permanent” or “permanente” hair removal? Whether 100% depilation of the body area is successful depends on the complexity and variety of individual people and their body and health profile. Last but not least, the result of a successful treatment depends on the effectiveness of the IPL system used for the treatment and the expertise of the person carrying out the treatment.
In principle, certain illnesses, medication or changes in hormone status are considered hair growth stimulants. This means that areas of the body that have been successfully depilated can, under certain circumstances, show renewed hair growth, but only from follicles that were previously completely inactive. According to the current standard of knowledge and technology, a depilation rate of 80 % – 90 % is generally achieved for a period of approx. 5 – 7 years.
How many sessions are required: With the Toplite Cosmetic Systems Xenia Plus RF, 6-10 treatments are required at intervals of 3-12 weeks.
Which skin types can be treated?: Skin types 1-5 can be treated with the Xenia Plus RF IPL system.
Is the treatment painful?: Various individual settings, such as the pauses between sub-pulses and the second energy source, radio frequency, allow the parameters to be specifically adapted to the client’s perception of pain. As a rule, the customer should feel a sensation similar to that of a slight tug on the hair, but without pulling it out.
